Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location)

Great experience from beginning to end! Soly was responsive and set an appointment that worked for my schedule, Tristian called in advance to confirm his ETA, was on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Very professional with a reasonable price! The ChemDry cleaning process is much better than standard cleaning! Carpets are much cleaner and dryer than our previous cleaning.

Mathew just came out and cleaned some pet stains on my couch and not only was his work fantastic. He was an all around great person very nice and was happy to explain what he was doing. Absolutely no complaints about this company and a huge shout out to Mathew.

Our tech, Tristin, was on time, very personable and pleasant. The stains he worked on appear to be gone. He explained the process, suggested a cleaning solution for us to use, if necessary. He certainly appeared to love his job. Excellent employee from my perspective. He cares about his job and the people he serves.

First time using Chem Dry . Ricky was very professional, did a great job! Gave a 4 out of 5 . The cost for the cleaning of my area rug was too much.

The overall service was good, the price was fair, however a few things can be improved, the technician did not wear any kind of protective shoes the standard application did not include any scent ingredient so it was pretty plain on that area the finish was good looking but not scent, and the technician was offering additional services so sales should be managed during the appointment not on site while you don’t know if you need more and it should be perform for somebody train on sales.
